Question 1: How is this different from a regular gym trainer or online program?

This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan. Everything is built around you. Your body, your schedule, your goals. You’ll have me in your corner every day with direct coaching and accountability so you never fall off.

Question 2: What kind of results can I realistically expect and how fast?

Most clients drop 15–20+ lbs in the first 90 days while building muscle and confidence. Results vary, but if you follow the plan, you’ll see progress every single week.

Question 3: Do I need to have experience in the gym, or can beginners join too?

Both beginners and experienced lifters crush it here. I meet you where you’re at, then build you up step by step.

Question 4: I have a busy schedule. How much time do I need to commit?

Most clients train 3–5 hours per week. The plan is built to fit your lifestyle. Not take it over.

Question 5: What does the program include exactly?

You’ll get a custom training plan, tailored nutrition, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, direct access to me, and constant support. Plus, the community, recipe database, and resource hub to not only hit your goals, but know how to sustain them for life.

Question 6: Will my plan be customized to me or is it generic?

100% customized. Your workouts, meals, and strategy are all built around you, your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Question 7: How do check-ins and communication work?

You’ll check in with me weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plan, plus you can message me anytime in the app. I’m in your corner daily, not just once in a while.

Question 8: What if I travel, get sick, or fall off track?

Life happens. I’ll adjust your plan on the fly so you never feel stuck and I’ll keep you accountable so you don’t spiral.

Question 9: What if I don’t see results?

If you show up and follow the plan, you’ll get results. Period. I’ll make the adjustments along the way to guarantee progress.

Question 10: How much does it cost, and are there payment options?

The investment depends on what you’re looking for. I have a few different coaching options, and every program is fully customized to your goals, lifestyle, and needs. Most clients end up spending less here than they’ve wasted on diets, supplements, or trainers that don’t work—because this actually gets results and teaches you how to sustain them.
